Great protein snack. No of course not exactly like a pretzel, but not 'fake' tasting either like some protein snacks. I've tried many flavors. Everything is by far the best. Sea salt isn't really that salty but ok. Sesame seed and cinnamon are meh. The cinnamon are definitely a savory cinnamon not a sweet cinnamon. Don't think you're getting a taco bell cinnamon twists snack!

I just love the whopping amount of protein in these snacks. Further more they also deliver on the fiber which I found as an extra added bonus. They taste pretty good for what they are. They are a bit pricey but there is a lot that goes into them. Much better to pay for a healthy snack now than prescription medication later. No question about it I will continue to make these part of my diet.

Not terrible but doesn't taste like a pretzel. Doesn't have that yeasty flavor. Satisfies the keto craving for crispy/salty. But has a powdery rather than firm crunchy bite. Tastes like protein powder. Good for a keto snack mix with nuts/seeds/dried cheese. Good in place of a cracker for cheese spread. Doesn't satisfy the hankering for a sourdough or regular crunchy pretzel flavor. But better than others I have tried. Will probably buy again.

So far I have tried the sesame and the sea salt. The sesame was so good! Salty and crunchy. I did not realize that the bags are 2 serving sizes so the calories are higher than I expected but still very reasonable for 28 grams of protein! The bags are fairly small and are easy to throw in your purse or backpack. I will order these again!
