I have played guitar for years but have struggled developing finger speed and overall dexterity. These weights are definitely helping. However I want to caution others to start slow and add weight little by little over time. If you start feel pain and/or numbness, stop and remove the weights for a while and then resume. It is easy to become overzealous wanting to become Eddie Van Halen in a week. Do not risk injuring yourself. Use with caution yet consistently and you WILL see a difference within a few weeks. I use these on my right thumb and forefinger as well to help with my picking. Have fun but please be careful. The hands and fingers are strong but also sensitive. I'll write another update in a few months and let everyone know about my progress. I just recently learned the guitar solo for Pink Floyd's classic Comfortably Numb. Well, I know the notes and the finger pattern but I have to play it at half speed to keep up. LOL My goal is to eventually play it at regular speed side-by-side with the great David Gilmour. Be smart and use this sparingly and only certain exceraizes , you can hurt your tendons but it’s good for building strength fastI recommend basic strengthening runs like first finger the secondUp and down feet board then pinky up and down all over then do a lot of chromatics on the GBE

The plastic that wraps around fingers are uncomfortable. Did not like.

I've had these for a little over a month. I totally love these weights. They are easy to put on and stay in place no matter what I am doing. I can wear them all day and I can tell my hand is getting stronger. Also, their customer service is super fast and super responsive and super customer oriented.

Very expensive. Would have given 5 star if seller would have priced it reasonably.

My husband recently became a quadriplegic and has little fine motor skills so we have added them to his hand/finger work out. He seems to like them and hopefully will benefit from them.

I play the guitar and these finger weights are excellent for practicing scales and speed drills. I use different weights for different fingers and drills. I have already seen a difference in my finger speed and endurance.
