Kendan - Dish Rack Drainer, 2 Tier, Warm Grey with Drip Tray and Folding Rack

I'm afraid I don't like it. Its very cheap looking. I am wanting to return it, just unsure how to go about it

What a poor quality product! Really disappointed with how flimsy and lightweight this product was!All the bars in the tray so weak and so unsteady when in use.Actually not practical at all...I shall be disposing of this tray and replacing with another new one.Suffice to say I will not be buying any of your ts in the future...I have no confidence

I didnt like the fact there was no instructions to assemble it i had to go on my orders to see a picture if it and to assemble it going of thr picture plus thr the main tray was partly broken but i can put up with that

Good sturdy product once you've figured out how the top folding part of the drainer goes together - better or bigger diagram instructions would help. The pot for the cutlery slightly hangs over the side of the drip tray which would be a pain if not next to and overhanging the sink to drip into. Also, there are no drain holes in the tray so water will accumulate - this could be a positive in some situations or negative in others (need to wipe out) depending on where the item is positioned. Otherwise, a great product

it takes two people to assemble it and it is not a very good drainer rack, awkward to use, doesn't hold saucers or small plates as they fall over and the cutlery holder is a joke
