on Friday reported these didn't fit my printer since then I have had a professional look at it and he has solved the problem the ink know fits my printer happy to pay for it with draw my complaint apologisers

Je ne vais pas faire un commentaire du type "Roman", mais plutôt vous laisser deux photos qui parlent d'elles-mêmes.Je n'ai changé que le noir car c'était la seule qui était vide.Sur la photo "Avant nettoyage", j'ai simplement mis la nouvelle cartouche et je suis rentré dans le menu "Entretien" de mon imprimante.J'ai appuyé sur le bouton "Vérification buses têtes d'impressions" et je vous laisse juger...Sur la photo "Après nettoyage", ben......c'est pire qu'avantCartouche.....poubelleJe remarque aussi que les deux seuls commentaires avec 5 étoiles ne sont pas des achats vérifiés. De plus, la syntaxe des 2 messages est globalement la même... Maintenant, vous pouvez en déduire ce que vous voulez....
