Blazing Speed on a Budget: This RC Truck Delivers Thrills Right Out of the Box!
If you're hunting for an affordable RC truck that punches way above its price, look no further—this beast is a speed demon that had me grinning ear-to-ear! Setup was a total breeze; I had it zipping around in under 10 minutes straight from the packaging. The battery life holds up impressively, giving plenty of runtime for extended play sessions without constant recharges. Plus, the built-in USB charging right on the truck makes powering up super convenient—no fumbling with extra adapters. A word of caution: It's got some serious pep, which might be a bit much for little kids, but for adults or anyone with RC experience, it's pure fun. The stock wheels offer killer traction, gripping pavement, grass, and even sandy beaches like a pro—no slipping or bogging down. And yeah, did I mention it's faster than I anticipated? It flies across surfaces with surprising agility and power. Pros: Lightning-quick acceleration for the cost Quick setup and long-lasting battery Versatile traction on multiple terrains (pavement, grass, beach) Easy USB charging is integrated into the design Cons: Speed could overwhelm beginners or young children—start slow! Overall, this RC truck exceeds expectations in performance and value, making it a fantastic pick for hobbyists or as a gift for speed lovers. I've already logged hours of off-road adventures, and it's holding up great. Highly recommend if you want excitement without breaking the bank!

No Better Value for the Money
After trying this out for several days it has lived up to every expectation and more. I will compare it to the DEERC 210E that I purchased previously. They are both brushless bashers that come with a 3S battery, but the 210E is a bit less expensive. That said, what you get for that slightly higher price tag is amazing. Carbon fiber drive rods for each wheel, higher quality shocks, tires, body shell, controller, the works. The controller even has 4 channels so you can add accessories to your truck. And the handling is so clean and smooth it's like a sports car, whereas the 210E felt like a truck, and an overpowered one at that. Not to say the Omni-Terminator has less power, no no no ... this is by far faster than the 210E and has the torque to pop a wheelie on takeoff. But it holds a straight line the whole way, no pulling to one side on max acceleration like I found with the 210E, even over obstacles it still holds its line. And it is tough as they come, I had several bad jumps and bad angles at the ramp that sent the car flipping end over end multiple times with no issues other than an occasional body clip coming lose. I even flipped it on the pavement at full speed, and it slid for several feet before hitting the grass. But it has skid pads on the roof, so they got scuffed up, and the body was fine. Even the side mirrors have held so far. It is a bit front heavy though so getting backflips can be a challenge, it may be easier to do a front flip. And do to the front heavy nature if you are at full speed and slam on the brakes, it is likely to flip forward, so be aware of that. But if you control it right you can get an awesome stoppie. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say about this monster of an RC truck. I even did some aerial speed tests measuring the time it took to travel a fixed distance and the average of 15 runs, which honestly where all within milliseconds of each other, so super consistent power, came out to 28.4 MPH. I know they say up to 50 MPH under "Optimal" conditions, but my runs were as it came, without doing a thing to the car out of the box. I am sure if I messed with my suspension, gearing, or even a re-lubing the diffs I would get more speed, but I can't see why I need it. As it sits now, at top speed it is pretty much a dragster with almost no ability to turn without losing control. So, unless I am planning on racing it, 28 MPH is more than enough to shock my neighbors and get sick jumps.

Awesome truck for the price and performance.
This truck is an absolute beast! Fast just straight out of the box. This was one was purchased for my grandson and he loves it! I have one for myself and I have only destroyed a body in 2 years.

Amazing
This is the best rc for the price. It looks amazing, super fast, easy to use, and performs just like all the top name brands. The only thing I wish would be better is the body of the cars I’ve broken 2 bodies already but it is still fun

Not a True 1/10 Scale — Several Design Limitations Hold It Back
I was really looking forward to trying this truck, but the size was the first red flag. This is not a true 1/10 scale RC car. I placed it side-by-side with one of my DEERC trucks (photo included), and they’re almost identical in footprint. A real 1/10 should be noticeably larger, wider, and have a more substantial chassis layout. This looks and feels much closer to a 1/14. Once I opened it up, the limitations became more obvious: • Non-standard steering servo The servo is an odd proprietary size and noticeably underpowered. Because it’s not a standard 1/10 or 1/12 size, upgrading it becomes difficult and unnecessarily limited. Anyone used to hobby-grade platforms will notice this immediately (see photos). • Very small hardware throughout the build Many of the screws are extremely small — the kind that makes you hesitate to touch anything because stripping or losing one could turn into a headache. It doesn’t give the impression of a truck meant for long-term wrenching or modding. • Battery tray vs ESC placement is misleading The listing implies you can run larger batteries, and while a bigger pack physically fits, the ESC has nowhere to go if you try to reposition anything. In real-world use, you’re basically limited to the included 2200mAh or their expensive 4400mAh option. I would have love to try it, but it was not worth the risk for me. Seeing it in person — especially next to the DEERC — made it clear this isn’t delivering true 1/10 scale performance, layout, or upgrade flexibility at this price point. I hadn’t even driven it yet and the limitations were already obvious. For me, this is a 1/5 overall. There are better options around $200 if you want a genuine hobby-grade 1/10.

This RC car is seriously impressive. Straight out of the box it looks fantastic — solid build, great attention to detail, and the green finish really stands out. Setup was quick and easy, and it was ready to go within minutes. Once I took it for a run, I was blown away by how fast it is. The brushless motor and 3S LiPo battery deliver amazing acceleration and top-end speed — it easily hits the claimed 50 mph. The 4WD system gives great control and grip, even on rough terrain or wet ground. It handles jumps, grass, gravel, and tarmac with ease. The waterproofing works perfectly, and it feels tough enough to take a few knocks without issue. This isn’t a toy — it’s a proper hobby-grade RC car with serious performance. Absolutely worth it for anyone who loves speed and wants a durable, powerful truck that’s ready to run and guaranteed to impress.
