Pleased as punch
I bought this set for my Grandsons Birthday. His older brother plays chess so he wanted to play something else. Using the adage, anything will do to learn on, once you've learned get a good one, I was drawn to this every time I opened the Amazon site it's just that bit different. Heavy enough to survive rough play. I like it myself and I have an idea he will be able to teach his Grandchhildren, what he calls "Coin Chess" . When he gets fed up of spending too much time on the bar, he and his Dad flip it over and play draught with the counters. Superb set, recommend it highly.
