It started leaking a few days after I installed it and seeing as I'm a DIYer, I thought I could fix it. 10 days after the return window closed, I give up. Now I have this thing that I won't use and I wouldn't give to Habitat For Humanity.

I just got this and was able to install in about 15 minutes (would have been quicker if I didn't have such a hard time getting the old one off--get a ziplock bag and fill it with clear vinegar and soak the showerhead in the bag using a rubber band to secure it until it loosens.) It looks really sleek and elegant and the included teflon tape was really helpful! Seeing as I just got the showerhead idk how durrible it is yet, but so far, I'm really impressed!!

It leaks when you turn the hand held shower setting to the over head shower and the hand held shower don't sit right on top it falls alot

Water diverter leaks.No reply from seller.Is this why product is so LOW priced,selling DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. A DEFECTIVE dump AT a advertised super LOW price.

Great product for a fantastic price.10 min , up and running!It was a small damage to the chrome finish of the diverter but....

Loved the layout but sadly my product was leaking at the valve which was presenting a bigger problem. Return was very easy!
