Scrumptious. We tried SO many pasta alternatives until we got to goodles - they're delicious, I feel better about feeding my kids pasta for several nights in a row with the high protein content, and they're good for the whole family! I feel better eating these as opposed to standard noodles and the taste difference is non-existant. Love the texture and overall experience of switching to goodles!

Highly recommend
I love these! More protein and fiber and lower calorie than regular pasta. Plus the added nutrients derived from veggie sources!! Don't worry..no one will notice! Most importantly...they taste great and the texture is the same as regular flour pasta!! Great quality and a crazy great price!

Favorite noodle out there. Cooked they have the same texture as a regular noodle in my opinion. They do not turn to mush (unless you good them to long)The ingredients are great too!

These are fun. I really enjoy the shape. Taste is good! Texture is good! I made a mac salad, but I can see how they'd be good in a mac and cheese, their shape would cup the sauce well. I have to dock a star due to the box. It comes open too easily, so I admit that I made my last order by dumping the contents from the Amazon shipping bag into my pot of water. If you do plan to order, order a lot so you can get a box and not a bag.
