The salt has a lovely Aroma and a lovely taste... I just had a filet mignon with fresh black pepper and the Truffle salt... it was very delicious. The jar is small but I only use it on certain things and I do use it sparingly ... I definitely will reorder again

This is a great product to use. Fabulous. Just takes a pinch though to flavor your food over and beyond you will be truly amazed. I recommend this to any of you who haven''t tried it before.

We discovered O&Co. while in Clermont-Ferrand. Absolutely love these products! This truffle salt is super flavorful. It only takes a tiny pinch to get the truffle flavor! It’s amazing on oiled pasta! My only issue is that there aren’t more O&Co. products (like pistachio pesto)!

Almost good enough aroma.

Love the product. Best when used with everything. Amazing taste. Eat what you make and it’s good. Add s pinch the the salt and you think you are an IRON CHEF.

I love white truffle. I was excited to try this after reading the reviews. The smell was wonderful but there is little to no taste. I tried stirring out the clumps to no avail. I thought perhaps it was an old batch but no. I am very disappointed. I would be willing to try another jar if it was offered.

I've previously purchased this salt in Provence; there is nothing better for your beef. I have not yet opened this jar (I don't eat beef that often.) It might be better to order it in cooler weather; this jar definitely got overheated in transit and was also left in my mailbox to superheat. However, it is perfuming the whole (large) kitchen now and likely will be just fine when I use it. I do wish that, since Oliviers & Cie is selling on Amazon now, I could also procure there their fabulous balsamic reductions - they, too, are fantastic.

Great product. The dehydrated truffle gives the salt an absolutely authentic flavor, not overdone. I’ve tried many truffle salt brands and this is the best truffle salt I’ve had so far, for both value and taste.
