I own a Roborock and love it, so when Mother’s Day came around I wanted my mom to have a robot vacuum and mop as well. She is 78 years old and does not need to be bending, mopping, pushing vacuums, etc. The Dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat was on sale, had hot water mopping and several extra features, so I bought it for her home. She absolutely loves it. She runs it often and keeps telling me how clean her floors look. She used to own an iRobot Roomba but stopped using it years ago because it would get stuck, stop in the middle of the house or just wasn’t cleaning very well. The Dreame has been the exact opposite experience for her. The main features that really impressed both of us: • It heats the mop water at the base station, so the mopping is more effective and dries faster • It washes and dries the mop pads automatically, so there is no damp smell • The mapping is accurate and it does not get lost or stuck • The suction is strong and handles carpets, wood and tile • All she needs to do is empty the dirty water and refill the clean tank Everything else is automatic. It vacuums, mops, returns to the base, washes pads, and dries them. The app is simple and she figured it out easily, which says a lot because she is not a phone or gadget person. This gift made her so happy. She doesn’t need to worry about vacuuming or mopping anymore, and her floors look cleaner than they have in years. For anyone looking for a robot vacuum for older parents or anyone who just wants less work around the house, this has been excellent.

I have had this thing for roughly 2 weeks now and upgraded from a plain jane shark robot vaccum (no auto empty or even lidar, as simple as it gets) And boy has this been a treat, i have a small 400sq ft apartment i live in with 2 cats so litter and cat hair on the floor are a given. This thing is awesome! It cleans really well and is a pretty low maintnence device! I think its pretty nifty you can drive it around remotely and talk and see through it so i get to virtually check in on my cats if im gone for awhile. The price was pretty unbelievable honestly, less than 400$ for something like this is incredible and it does not feel like a knock off. Feels well built and durable. I know if you have owned higher dollar robots this may not compare, idk, never owned one, but this thing is to cool and handy. Im so happy with this thing! My apartment is all hardwood and tile for the bathroom floor so i cant comment on the carpet functionality but i definitely think this is worth the price! The noise is nice too, i dont find myself in need of the max or max + which is on the loud side but turbo is ok and when its just mopping its totally silent. It had my apartment mapped out in a matter of minutes so the navigation is fantastic, it does mark silly stuff as obstacles but hey, i dont expect this thing to be perfect.

I don’t know how I survived without something like this robot vacuum! I’ve always wanted one but could never justify the cost for one that not only vacuums but mops AND self cleans. It arrived packaged very well. Set up was very easy, the app is user friendly as well. It can map out the layout of your home on its own but you can also make adjustments if you need to. I love the live camera and ability to remote control the vacuum (I actually had to do this while at work!) I set a daily schedule of vacuuming and mopping 1x a week. It cleans beautifully. Moves across hard floors and my area rugs with no issues (I have 3 large area rugs). It detects obstacles and maneuvers around them. Doesn’t bump into your floor boards. It’s not loud when in operation. The value is incredible! I’ve had it for the last month and has simply been a game changer. I love coming home to a super clean house & this really helps minimize the load of daily life. Set it and go! Don’t sleep on this, I’ve already shared my review of this robot vacuum with several friends.

I own a roborock Qrevo Master. (twice the price of this one at the time of writing). Roborock will not sell me an additional doc for my 2nd floor. so instead of giving roborock any more of my money I chose the Dreame robot. This unit is very similar to the roborock in so many ways and I have not problems with the robot and the robots vacuum and mopping, it is very close to the roborock in it is cleaning abilities. (BTW Dreame Will also not sell an additional dock either) The pros Very good cleaning and great obstacle avoidance On par with roborock at half the price. Hot water washing of pads is awesome and the mop pads are cleaned and dried. Mop cleaning solution compartment mixes soap with water automatically. (roborock does not have this). Software is great easy to use and similar to roborock. The cons The dock needs work. The cleaning part of the dock does not have a removable water bin, you have to wipe it out. This means bending over and manually cleaning it. The roborock has a removable cleaning bin and the part that is connected to the dock stays dry. Dream docks have issues leaking out the bottom of the dock. This can damage most floors. I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU BUY A RUBBER MAT TO PUT UNDER THIS DOCK. There is well documented issues of floors being ruined by a leaking dock with all models of Dreame. That being said it was half the price of roborock, however this should be known to everyone who buys a Dreame product that you need to protect your floor. The battery is weak and cannot clean my 2nd floor that is a fraction of the size of my upstairs that the roborock does on a 50% charge. I would give this product many more stars if it did not come with a leaking dock. They need to address this issue.

This is my second robot vacuum/mop. While my previous, less expensive model served its purpose for three years, it got tired and i needed to upgrade. After some extensive research, Dreame robots consistently topped the lists, but their premium price tag held me back. Eventually, a fantastic Black Friday deal made the decision easier. The Dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat arrived well-packaged and was a breeze to assemble. The clear instructions made setup a straightforward process. These do-all robots are not small appliances, but the sleek design and high-quality build prevent it from being an eyesore. I encountered a minor hiccup during the app setup process. The QR code on the robot led me to the wrong app, "Mova Home." After much frustration with that app, I discovered the correct app, DreameTech, and the registration and connecting to the WiFi was surprisingly fast and simple. Following a series of firmware updates, I initiated the initial cleaning cycle using the DeepClean mode. The robot quietly vacuumed the hardwood floors, and after a brief delay, the mop pads became sufficiently wet. It systematically cleaned the room, utilizing the side mop to reach edges and corners. After completing a room, it returned to the base station for a thorough mop cleaning cycle, which produced some noise but was not excessive. The robot seamlessly transitioned between hard floors and a small carpet under our kitchen table. It increased suction power on the carpet, effectively cleaning it. It took about 90 minutes to complete one full pass on the apx 700 sq/ft main floor. Then i think because in DeepClean mode, it spent another 30 min revisiting a number of areas including the kitchen and left behind some very clean and shiny floors :) So far it's surpassed my expectations on simplicity of use, low touch and quality of clean. It's well worth paying the full price and even better if you manage to find a sale. I would recommend this to a friend without hesitation.

El producto vino con un defecto que no detectaba el depósito de polvos, no podía utilizar el equipo, atención a clientes pésima, me negaron el servicio porque no se compró directamente con ellos a pesar de comprar de un link que aparece en su página oficial. Hice la devolucion el equipo. tuve un modelo más sencillo el cual sigue funcionando perfectamente, supongo que fue mala suerte la que me toco

Excelente produto. Não sei ainda sobre a assistência técnica, mas o funcionamento é ótimo. A limpeza é muito boa. Acabou poeira e manchinhas no chão. Silencioso, e dá pouquíssimo trabalho. Só repor produto de limpeza e água. E ocasionalmente atender os avisos de limpar base, almofadas... Estou muito satisfeito.

For only $500, the performance is excellent! The app is easy to use. Even in standard vacuum mode, it can clean up almost all dirt and dust on the floor, and it’s fairly quiet. The mopping function isn’t very strong—if coffee has dried on the floor, one pass will only remove about half of it. It’s not suitable for stubborn stains, and if something is spilled, it’s better to wipe it manually. The mopping is more suitable for daily dust removal and maintaining cleanliness, though it can leave some water marks. It can automatically wash the mop very clean, the base station is also not difficult to clean, and the roller brush doesn’t get tangled with cat hair (though it may tangled a small amount of human long hair). Overall, it’s very low-maintenance for daily use. It’s not too “dumb” either—it can clean quite close to edges, and running it every few days is enough to keep the home clean.
