Go Rhino XG-RJ50010B El Gato EG1 Hydraulic High-Lift Recovery Jack, Black

I purchased this jack, unboxed it, and struggled to use it. These were my issues: 1) The jack didn’t fit into the rack mount made by the manufacturer (purchased separately). The mount was sized too small to close down on the jack. 2) Undocumented and difficult: in order to compress the jack down after lifting with it, you must step on the lift peg with your foot and put your entire body weight on the jack until it lowers. It does not work like a normal hydraulic jack which will slowly lower once you open the valve. NOWHERE is this documented in what is included nor is it covered on any YouTube videos of use. 3) The company itself is ridiculously bad at support. It took them THREE WEEKS to respond to my email support request. I also called the company and eventually spoke to someone who said they weren’t familiar with the product and proceeded to abandon me on hold for over an hour, after which time I just hung up and processed my amazon return. There’s another maker of hydraulic hi-lift type jacks which I will now try. I won’t be doing business with Go Rhino or any of the associated brands if they have these quality and support issues.

Fits perfectly with the amount on my 2025 Jeep gladiator. Can’t wait to use this thing when I get off road. Make sure to lock it up or I’m sure it will disappear.
