Make sure you read the instructions when the unit is out of the pool. It should be kept in the shade so that the batteries does not overheat and do not overcharge the unit when all green light light up, unplug it.

Works even better than the one that came with WBOT because it is easier to hook on and doesn’t slip off. I also use it to get my surface roaming skimmer which comes with a remote, which doesn’t work well when the skimmer battery is getting low

Verify if when you purchase the robot vacuum if one comes with it. When I opened the package there was one included. The hook is of good quality, and now I have a back-up in the event the original is misplaced.

Works great for what I needed this for. Plastic is a little this so if you are going to be picking up very heavy thing you may want to reconsider.

Very handy to retrieve the robot cleaner from the pool. Made of plastic so not to sure how long it will last.

Sturdy enough that it will pull my robot out of the pool. My only complaint is that the size of the insert section isn't universal. I have rods for other pool equipment, and this is too large in diameter for me to use those with this hook. I had to custom fit a section of aluminum to get this to work.

Does just what it is intended for. The durability is great as it’s a hard plastic. Hooks directly to our pool stick. Very easy to clip on and off. Shipping was fast and price is great. Would recommend
