Great Quality – Just Like the Original Fans Two of my original EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3 fans failed — one got mechanically stuck (I could fix that), and the other stopped spinning entirely. I picked up this 3-fan replacement set, and I couldn’t be happier. The build quality is excellent and they look and perform exactly like the originals. Perfect for replacement fans for EVGA XC3 Ultra Gaming RTX 3080. Exact same fans as the ones that came stock on the card. Replacement was very easy. All you need is a 1.5mm hex bit and a phillips screwdriver. Connectors are color coordinated for ease of install. Couldn't ask for a better replacement set.

I bought these replacement fans for my EVGA GeForce RTX 3080Ti graphics card. These are good fans and after I installed these new fans, my graphics card was back up and running.

Two of three worked great.
Two of the three fans went right on without a problem and work great. The third fan closest to the connector on the car however could not be used as the wire was not long enough for some reason.
