Axis & Allies (Anniversary Ed.)

My Dad is a huge history buff and loves stuff like this, so I jumped at the chance to get him a gift that would tick all the boxes for him. Shipped fast and in great condition!

This board game Axis and Allies has become an American Classic board game. Not sure how many people like this game, but it is a game that for young it engages the mind and makes a young person think strategically. for older people it is entertaining and fun, and it also engages the mind and makes any person think of what to do. The anniversary edition is one of the best Axis and Allies games that has been created. the game does take a long time to play, but it is worth it. The pieces to this game are detailed. If a person was just to buy one version of the Axis and Allies board game the Anniversary Edition is the one to get. worth the money, Probably going to be a collector's item some day.

Exelent game and shipped

This game is great! It has the best game board that combines complexity with small size (relative to 1940). I like how they still include Italian pieces that are based on the German pieces as it is unique. The Chinese territories and rules are far better than any other versions, allowing for an interesting theatre of war. Only confusing the is the absence of an industrial facility on India, first game I was producing units there until I realised there wasn't a facility there. The game is defiantly worth the money if you are a collector or an Axis and Allies fan. If you are not super into Axis and Allies and have similar versions, like 1942, then probably not worth spending the full price on the game. Nevertheless, the game board stands out as the best in my opinion, with the Chinese theatre standing out, making this version, overall, the best of them all.
