ZuPreem Natural Medium Bird Food, 2.5 lb

Good quality. No dyes. This is my backup if I cant prepare fresh fruits or vegetables. My flock loves it. And my vet recommend it.

Good Bird Food; My Cockatiels loves it - it smells fantastic, freshness and perfect size;, butter, fruit, grains and veg with some meat too (birds are omnivores) - makes the perfect mainstay for healthy birds!

My Cockatiels and Conures absolutely love this food!! If I do not have this food at all times my birds really get upset and I have learned my lesson to always have a bag and a back-up back just in case I don't get another bag in time. There have been a couple of times where I placed my order later than I should have and I was in trouble! I hand fed my cockatiels and used these pellets to ween them off of the formula. I used to put it on the floor and I would sit with them while they all learned to peck at food and this became their most favorite. Now we have mommy and me time where I still sit on the floor years later and all 12 of them are around me, on top of me, and on my lap as I hand feed it to them. Along with my Conure and my newest baby Conure. It is a great bonding moment and also feeding time. Then I put some in a dish on the floor so they can eat some while they are out of the cage. These pellets are wonderful for Cockatiels and I am happy they like them. I would recommend these pellets to all bird owners. It is a great treat and also a great way to ween them off of formula.

My conures love it

I used to use seed. I was throwing so much away. After they pick and choose what they want out of the bowl and then shells accumulating and debris was becoming a pain to scrap eaten layer of seeds out and salvage bottom of the bowl untouched food. One day I decided to try Zupreem out. Two birds were at least 6yrs old and one was maybe 10yrs old so I didn't know how much weening I'd have to do or if they would even accept it. Well I took the seed out of their bowl and filled it with the pellets and put it in the cage just as a quick test to see what I was in for. They ate it without hesitation and loved it. That was easy. No more waste and they are getting a healthier balanced diet. They do occasionally get leftover seed as well from my picky cockatoo who refuses to even look at a pellet. I have tried other brands of pellets and the cockatiels will not touch them. They also like the Zupreem FruitBlend but not the VeggieBlend.

I use this food for my Green Cheek Conures as it is easier for them than the Conure size pellets, they are too big. They love these pellets and I can feel confident that they are eating something that is healthy but still affordable. It was recommended on a great forum called Avian Avenue. I respect what they have to say there, as there is a lot of parrot experience between members. My parrots have been eating this food since they were babies. They love it. They don't have any stress bars and are overall healthy birds. I would recommend this to people who would like to feed a high-quality​ pellet on a budget. It is also cheaper on amazon than anywhere else I have found. Then, with prime you get it in two days! You can't beat that. I highly recommend this food.

Only bird food that our Quaker will eat!

The Zupreem Natural Blend Diet, either the Medium/Large bird or the Cockatiel is excellent. I have a medium Lesser Sulphur Crested Cockatoo who loves this food,. I have been using it for years. She is 16 years old and for years, I used the multi colored food and wondered what I could do to save money, since she would throw so much of the food out of her cage or on the floor of her cage. I decided to try items which had no color in them and tried a number of items, although there are only a few natural food items for parrots without dye. My Bird is very healthy, and hopefully, will live her full life span of at least 60 years. She actually seems to prefer the smaller food pellets of the Cockatiel food. She eats them without softening them in water. The Medium/Large Bird food is always put in her water dish to soften, since she prefers her food soft. I am glad I have these choices. Don’t buy it, it contains sugar and corn witch is very on healthy and can cause obesity in your birds. Wouldn’t even use them as treats, seeds are mutch better alternative as candy.

My cockatiels love it. The pellets are very good, and include essential nutrients. I recommend others to buy this product instead of feeding seeds.
