These are amazing my husband and I enjoy them very much. We call it "brain juice" we get the variety pack every two weeks. My favorite flavor is definitely the rose one but they are all really good. Recess are easy to drink (too easy yum) And good for any time day or night. In the day the l-theanine in the drink helps my ADHD and in the night the magnesium in the drink helps me relax and fall asleep. They are expensive I personally feel but they're helpful so I think of it as a supplement.

I really like this variety pack. I find it has helped for the last few nights. I drink it while winding down before bedtime. I find it tastes good without being too sweet. I really like the flavor choices. Helps me relax before bed & I’ve been sleeping better the last few nights. Recommend. 9/10

Why did you pick this product vs others?:LOVE these drinks! Oh my gosh. Where have they been all my life? If I could drink 1 Recess a day I would. These are the perfect post-work chill out beverage.

I like the taste and I really notice a calm effect. The only issue is the price. I just can't justify it being a mom with a family and spending so much on a drink for myself. Definitely should think about who this product is marketed to.

Best non alcoholic drink out there. Water is great, yes, but when you want something more, want to have something fun to drink while others are drinking alcohol, want to feel some relaxation, then this is the drink. Completely worth the price. No headaches, no grogginess. My teen daughter loves these. So awesome to be able to offer my sober friends something real to drink when we are socializing. I can’t wait for these to be available in restaurants and bars.

I absolutely love this product and I can’t speak highly enough about it. I have one every day. It helps me relax midday when I’m usually stressed at work and I sleep great at night. I usually have a hard time falling asleep and when I use other things like melatonin, I typically wake up in the middle of the night. The magnesium in this drink helps me fall asleep and stay asleep even though I drink it around 3pm. I also feel the adaptagens help me stay motivated in other areas of my life. All the flavors are good, but strawberry rose is my favorite.

I just had my first "blood orange" and was hoping for s little bit more flavor. Its not horrible but it also isnt the most amazing flavor ever. Im eager to try the other flavors. I do feel very relaxed but was hoping for a little more than this.

Do i love these? Yes. Do i necessarily feel any different after i drink one? No, but the flavors are good, some are a little sour so if you dont like sour drinks this might not be for you. But i like these for after work when i want something without the caffeine in it. Will be buying again
