I’m really disappointed with this creatine. I bought it expecting decent quality and noticeable performance benefits, but it didn’t deliver at all. The powder doesn’t mix well and leaves clumps no matter how much I shake or stir it. It also has a strange aftertaste that makes it unpleasant to drink. After using it consistently for a few weeks, I didn’t notice any improvement in strength, endurance, or recovery. In fact, it made me feel slightly bloated and uncomfortable at times. Given the poor mixability, lack of results, and overall experience, I wouldn’t recommend this product. There are definitely better options available at this price point.
