This is a good comfortable option for modular couches. I purchased both it and the Belfin because I wanted to compare single 'units' rather than commit to an entire couch and discover that it was unusable. Have been using it for about two weeks.The cushion is on the firm side (which is ideal for me as I sink too far into overly soft cushions and get uncomfortable on them after a while) and reasonably springy. My partner finds it slightly firmer than her ideal cushion, but acceptable and good for lounging. She is also about 70 lbs lighter than I am so that may be part of our difference of opinion. I have good confidence that it will hold up over time and be useful on those nights where my partner or I have insomnia. Assembly was quick and easy, and the packaging for shipping cleverly used space to ship the back cushions which have adequate support and did not need any time to properly fluff up.In terms of difference between it and the Belfin, they are near identical in terms of comfort, build time, etc. It is about 1" smaller on each side so they do not match perfectly, but also less expensive so decide based on whether you want more surface area or lower cost.The Black Velvet fabric is closer to a 'Very Dark Navy Blue', but unless you have a better eye for color than I, that probably won't matter much. It is comfortable, seems durable so far, my cats approve of it, and it does not seem to be the dirt and grit magnet that the velvet on my old couches was. Buyers should be aware that the fabric on the seating portion is permanently attached and cannot be removed to wash. I solved this by purchasing velvet slip covers to put over it.The one thing their line is missing is the media console available from the linsey home rubics line, but easy enough to cut the fabric and build your own it it is really needed for your purposes/lifestyle.The one caveat I will give potential purchasers is that if you want to return them you pay your own shipping so keep that in mind if purchasing.

We used these to replace our factory couch in the RV. We decided to remove one of the booth seats and use the original couch plus booth seat space and put in three of these. We didn't order the arm rests though. This allows one to sit on the 'end' of the couch, facing the booth table and still provides a seating space. It is a perfect fit. These couches are actually quite comfortable and fit within our slides. They have plenty of storage underneath each seat so we still have the storage versatility of the original couch space. Since we purchased three of them, we can remove the back pillows and still use it as a 'twin' bed if needed. The material is soft, and cleans easily. Assembly only took a few minutes per seat; maybe 15 minutes total to put the whole unit together. Also, the box it came in fit through our RV door! Win!

I needed a reasonably priced, comfortable, nice looking couch, that could be delivered, that I could move on my own. This checked all of my boxes, and while I was nervous about missing parts, or broken parts, I decided to go for it. It arrived with all of the boxes, all of the parts, and nothing broken a few days after purchasing. It was harder to take everything out of the boxes and break them all down than it was to assemble this thing. The pieces are lightweight but feel sturdy. Hardware and back cushions are packed in the storage space. Everything that was needed was included, screw driver in every seat. I only encountered 1 screw hole on a back piece that was a little oddly threaded, I eventually got it to screw in properly after a few attempts (I also tred different screws, so it was definitely the hole). The side arms line up a little oddly with the backs though, not very flush. The corner area also could look a bit better, the backs don't touch in the corner, so there is a space between. It is very easy to move the parts around. The material is comfortable. The cushions are comfortable. I chose the perfect size to balance floor print and lounging space. I am a little worried about longevity. I have 4 kids ranging from 4-11, #3 thinks she is a parkour pro and does not know how to just sit. #2 doesn't realize she is significantly bigger than #3 and tries to copy her moves, and #4 is tainted by them all and is always doing the most. I also have 2 large cats and 1 tiny doggy. The backs and arms only attach with 2 metal pieces that are held in with 2 bolts each and slide into the holes on the seat. They wobble a bit, and I can easily see a kid plopping down a little too hard on day and yanking the bolts out. At least you can order replacement pieces if that does happen, I might order one to have on hand just in case. I do not like that the covers on the bottom cushions can not be removed. Luckily I'm not the first one, so there are plenty of covers available to fit, just would have been more convenient for the original covers to be removable. It took me about 3 hours to bring these boxes in, remove the old modern style futon couches and drag them to the dumpster, clean up all of the random lost and forgotten toys that were left in their place, vacmop the area, unbox, break the boxes down, assemble, configure, reconfigure this set, and bring the trash out to the dumpster. Would have taken less time had I prepared the space ahead of time, but I didn't want to end up sitting on the floor for a few days if a piece was missing or the delivery was late. I also pinched and/or pulled something in my neck a couple of days ago and it hurts to breathe or move my arm and turn my head, so that definitely slowed me down. I also had no help at all, just me. So it could definitely be done quicker, but 3 hours wasn't bad for all of the steps that had to be done. I am pleased as of now, it hasn't been 24 hours yet. I'll update if/when any issues occur.

The sectional was super easy to assemble, and I bought it after the full sectional and it matched the set perfectly. Easy to keep clean, dog hair dusts off easily. Stores a couple of bulky blankets easily

Beautiful couches, good material, and I love the storage. Customer service was excellent too. Seller replied right away and was very understanding and accommodating.
