The cushion itself looks great but I can't use it as the pump is broken. It has no needle to blow up the cushion with. The only options available to me are to return it. There is no option to contact the seller and ask for a replacement pump to be sent. Only to complain the item is defective or damaged and ask for a return. But I want to keep the cushion. It's ridiculous. I'll have to try t find a working pump from elsewhere. Hopefully the cushion itself will be fine. I do love the colour!Edit: my review was seen and a new pump sent out to me. The pump is very flimsy but it has worked just fine and now the cushion is usable. Great customer service.Thank you.

It’s a perfect size cushion to use on an average dining chair…but can even use on a soft surface like a sofa. I use it for posture and it helps my respiratory problems , as sitting with a straight back opens your lungs. It’s quite incredible how many muscles you use balancing yourself. Once you start doing leg lifts etc you are getting into effective improvements. For the price it’s a really good accessible piece of equipment to at the very least show you what sitting up straight is …once again. I like the sage green cushion, and it’s easy to pump to get started.

It is very useful and beneficial for exercising and for your health

The media could not be loaded. A child in my class has high sensory needs and finds it difficult to sit still, they need lots of movement breaks etcThis has helped greatly to provide her with the sensation of movement that she craves.Inflation was easy with the included pump.

So frustrating as the reviews are mostly good but a lot said they had a pump but it was broken.The cushion itself is really good quality and is already blown up, the box says includes pump but there isn’t one. It’s really annoying that you can’t speak to the seller to ask for a pump. I don’t want to return it as the cushion itself is good- so will look for a pump that fits for when we need to blow it up.

Appears to be of good quality and does what it says it does. Very difficult to carry out most of the excercises despite having good balance and core from practicing yoga however this was bought for my dog as advised by the vets to engage her core muscles and build muscles.Would have given it a 5 but since I saw the picture when asking for the review I see I should have had an air pump with it ? Mine don’t come with one or the adapter ?

I am very disappointed I opted for this cushion but the pump was broken. I am now still waiting a replacement pump as I am unable to pump the cushion up and use it properlyI have received the replacement pump but the cushion keeps going down !! After the long wait for the pump it is now too late to return the cushion for a replacement Very disappointed ☹️
