This product is amazingSo many attacements included to complete all the tasks of grooming. They all work very well and are lightweight to handle. The vacuum isn't very loud and has a choice of suction.The slicker brush worked well on my doodle and his thick coat.The price is exceptional for this level of product and it's easy use.I can't find any fault here. Highly recommend

I used this trimmer on my two very long haired sheepadoodles. It cuts their fur without any problems and they love getting trimmed. They are pushing each other out of the way for a turn. The suction is very good. The noise levels is also good and it doesn't spook them at all and the trimmer head holds a charge. I never had to charge it again while I trimmed my two large dogs. It's easy to empty and clean. The brush attachments work great and the little trimmer to trim around their paws and face is awesome. I ended up contacting customer service because I had ordered what I thought were spare replacement blades and another trimmer head for this machine (just to have on hand). They did not fit this unit. Sue in customer service was so helpful and understanding. She solved my dilemma in no time. She also let me know there will be replacement blades and trimmer heads available for this machine soon. They will have a long time customer in me. Exceptional machine, exceptional customer service and parts for their machines when you wear something out. I highly recommend this trimmer. My only concern with this trimmer is the little retaining clip that holds the collection bin for the fur clippings, seems a little delicate but so far it has held up and I have probably emptied it about 10 times. Other than that, it's golden!

This is one of the best pet grooming products I have ever purchased. I have 2 dogs, one sheds a lot (Blue Healer, Australian Shepard, Husky mix). I love how easy this product is to use and I do not get hair all over when I am brushing the dogs or using the clippers on my Paperanian. The brushes are awesome. The clippers can also be connected to the vacuum hose and again, no hairy mess. It comes with a storage bag for storing the clippers, attachments and hose. This is the only thing I would change for this product. It would be more efficient if a tray to separate the attachments came with the product. This would help when you need to switch the clipper heads , they would be easier to see and choose from (instead of emptying the bag of attachments on the floor).

This was purchased to replace one which was wearing out. Overall, it does the same job, has similar attachments, which is what we were looking for, but it is slightly louder. The long cord and hose helps to keep the machine a distance from the pet, should the sound bother them. This comes with 6 guard combs 3-24mm (more than other sets seem to have) and the clipper is especially impressive. It can be used cordless (rechargeable battery) for quick touch-ups, or attached to the vacuum hose. The blade is stainless steel, and the unit head detaches to use with the mini blade head (so useful for hard to reach areas, like the hair between the pads of the paws, between the nails and inside the ears) or the rotary nail trimmer attachment. The unit comes with a very nice carrying bag. Note that some clipper units also function as fur dryers (which are not that powerful and take a long time to dry the fur). This is not a dryer unit.The price is very reasonable for the quality of the unit, and it comes with an informative user manual, as well as explicit contact information for assistance with the unit. That means that the company stands behind their products, and is not always easy to find these days.

Amazing how well this works - saved you a ton of money at the groomers - clean up is almost nothing compared to regular way of cutting fur - storage is awesome it’s not tiny but it’s not big enough to look like an eyesore if you leave out somewhere, super easy to use without reading entire manual and it’s very light weight no less than 5 pounds at the most. Cord length is about 5 feet - longer than I needed to use, but I love the storage for it located underneath the vacuum set up - best Purchase I Ever Made On Amazon

This works so great, while you are clipping the hair the vacuum is actually lifting the hair so your clipper isn’t actually having to get down under nether because the hair is coming to the clipper, you are just skimming the pet with the clipper. It makes a great cut the pets hair feels softer with the vacuum suction, it’s fast I clipped three dogs in one hour , it normally takes 45 minutes per dog. The noise is not bad cord length is good and it’s not heavy. I would buy again and recommend it to everyone.
