At the end of my first bottle. It has taken 3 weeks to provide a normal bowel movement but it does work! The psyllium fiber route gives you a diarrhea effect but RMDY gives you an almost clean and normal elimination! The taste is like a sweet&sour candy. I like it and am very happy I don’t have to swallow a lot of capsules or tablets. Will be ordering another bottle to see if it gets even better after 2 months! Never have had another pre/probiotic accomplish what this formula has accomplished in my 73 yr old body.

For some reason, my body is very sensitive to any types of Probiotics or prebiotics. Anything I've tried in the past has had the opposite effect on me, but I finally found one that works! I've been taking this for a few months and I can tell a difference. Bloating has decreased and I'm able to eat things like broccoli without issues. I definitely recommend!

False advertising! This “natural” pre & probiotic contains magnesium hydroxide, which is NOT listed on their advertising. It is a LAXATIVE (Milk of Magnesia), which is WHY the product works SO quickly! DO NOT BE FOOLED! ALSO impossible to reach the company to request a refund!

I am giving this product 3 stars for now as I've only been taking it for about 4 or 5 days so I am not sure if they work or not yet. I can tell you though that they taste horrible. I am not sure about the reviews that said they have no flavor or taste good. They are very sour and have an odd citrusy taste that isn't quite citrus somehow.

Product seems to work but I don’t like the taste

I have tried so many different products to help with bloating and using the bathroom more often. Anything you see advertised I have used over the last year. I do give things a couple months or more to work. Nothing has helped. Honestly. I take 2 of these after my larger meal of the day which happens to be dinner for me. This really works for me. I have no bloating feeling. And I am going to the bathroom daily. For me this has been a game changer. I will continue to use.

It was capsules instead of chewables. I felt like the capsules didn’t work as well.

Total game changer!!! This is the best digestive supplement I have ever found! Started working immediately and does everything it says it will. I find the taste pleasant and I am so thrilled it is a chewable since I can't swallow pills. This has improved the quality of my life so much I finally feel normal again!
