Does it beat apple magic keyboard - No, not in terms of looks and key comfort, maybe a bit in the shortcut keysIs it a good deal at one third the price - definitely yesIt does not look as good as the magic keyboard, but it looks decent. It feels slightly heavy to hold but I'm not complaining. Good battery backup. The keyboard lights actually help while typing in the dark. the ipad is not a laptop so whatever typing I have to do, this keyboard is convenient enough for it. Trackpad is responsive but I don't really use that function and instinctively switched to using the touchscreen as it is much more convenient. Battery is more than decent. I love it for my limited use.

The Typecase Magic Style Keyboard for iPad Pro 12.9 is amazing and far exceeded my expectations. While the Apple Magic Keyboard is good, the Typecase is equally impressive. The typing experience is excellent, and the touchpad is incredibly smooth. I read several reviews claiming the touchpad was slow and subpar, but that's completely false—it’s as smooth as the Apple Magic Keyboard. Even though it doesn’t have the charging-through-case feature available in the Apple Magic Keyboard, this keyboard provides outstanding value for money. I tested it thoroughly, and the results blew my mind. It’s so smooth and well-built. Kudos to the Typecase team!

As others said, it is a bit bulky but with 12.9 inch ipad which itself is heavy it won't make much difference.Compare to original ipad magic keyboard, felt this has better typing experience. Part of the reason is additional row of keys helped a lot. Trackpad appeared not upto mark but after changing trackpas speed setting, it is very good now.Now its my primary keyboard case than apple original magic keyboard case.

Too early to write a lot as I have been using this for only 2 days. However the design, quality and functionality of the product is good.

It has been only a month after the purchase that the keys have started to stop functioning especially the 4 keys: A,S,D,F. Not worth the buy.

Using this with my M1 iPad Pro 13 inch. Firstly , magnets are very good that hold this big iPad in good secure ways and it does not wobble. Backlit keys are too good. Key travel>1mm is very comfortable and a satisfying typing experience.the shortcut keys provided are a good attachment making this case a best case in any price bracket . Battery backup is also good and the Bluetooth connectivity makes this an awesome case in all conditions.

Had ordered and got delivered just the next day. The keyboard works absolutely fine and has come of great help. Easy to install and connect. Very affordable and genuine product. Thank you Team.

Long holding top left key for activating Siri does not do anything. Also, pressing second top left key for keyboard regional settings does not do anything. The first keyboard I purchased had above issues. Even the second keyboard I purchased have same issues. My iPad Pro has latest OS updates.

I am very happy to have purchased this keyboard/case instead of the Apple Magic Keyboard, mainly because of the huge price difference.Nevertheless, this keyboard is very high quality, looks premium, and it has so many functions that I doubt most users would complain. It is quite intuitive to use and easy to install.The backlight colors look great and there are so many to choose from. So far, the connectivity has been top notch, the battery lasts as advertised, the touch pad feels great and responsive, and the keys feel nice to type on.My iPad Air 13” (M2) fits perfectly, and I think it is very convenient that the iPad just attaches magnetically so it is very easy to attach/detach.The case itself seems sturdy and provides protection, but I’m not keen on dropping it to test its durability.Something I really like about the case/keyboard is that when it is folded, you can see that the keys are NOT touching the iPad’s screen. Great!Save $200 and get this, you won’t regret it.

I use my IPad pro (4th gen, 12.9) extensively daily.I have tried alot of keyboard cases, and find this is my favorite.Pros: Keyboard touch is great. Function keys are mainstream and excellent Touch pad function and feel is very comfortable and accurate Magnetic attachment is very convenient Display angle works fine for table and laptop Color choices are excellent Pencil holder (when closed) is helpfulCons: (very minor) Would like a vertical attachment mode - BUT, the ability to disconnect and put on a separate stand is great Would like the ability to fold the top out of the way when detached, but not a problem. I 3d Printed a vertical stand, to make up for the inability to magnetically connect vertically and the ability to use the keyboard/pad when detached is actually a plusOverall, extremely pleased with quality, weight, function. Highly recommend it.

love the back light, it's super bright! The magnet is strong so I don't feel like the my iPad will be moving out of place or anything, and the texture of the vegan leather is actually really soft. Finally an iPad case that is functional but still slim and easy to carry. The only thing is that it's quite heavy, but I don't really mind it that much.
