My son is thrilled with his new bike. It was well packaged and easy to put together with a thorough manual and plenty of troubleshooting tips for any future tune ups. Very sturdy and comfortable and I have no doubts that it will be a great bike for him for years to come.

My son loved this bike when he got it for his birthday in April. It’s August (of the same year) and the bike won’t move properly. It doesn’t have anything visibly wrong with it and the tires are pumped up, but for some reason it has become almost impossible to ride. I think this bike is simply defective, but now we are beyond the return window. I suppose the best way to put it is we are disappointed that it didn’t work out and we definitely have a heart-broken 9 year old over here.

Damaged box, product ok. Took 3 months to recieve with no option of a refund. Will not be ordering from this company again.
