Love this chair. I was a bit unsure about how comfortable it would be as it looks hard and an odd shape but it's very comfortable. I'd thought about buying cushions for it but on arrival, decided that there's no need. I managed to assemble it on my own. It took about 90 mins and was straight forward for a furniture assembly novice. It is a very sturdy chair and I think it looks great. People have been surprised that it's plastic, they thought it was wood.

I was really disappointed in this chairFirst it’s plastic but also when you sit in itSadly it doesn’t form to your back alignment making it very uncomfortable

Very attractive chair. I find it very comfortable…quite steep sliding slope back, but great when you get there…and I have a major back problem! Getting up again needs a bit of effort ie launch from chair edge! The seated angle I find very comfortable.Assembly was of ‘medium’ difficulty and the end result is sturdy. Nice wipe clean surface.I had to contact customer services at DOMU and they were first class. I had a broken strut on opening the box and after emailing, them a replacement was sent out. Emails all answered quickly and efficiently. I very good company to deal with. The replacement was all fine and will now enjoy my chair!!!

First class customer service, had a slight problem with one of the chairs, however the company contacted me and sent another with out delay, their customer service is first class and the chairs I would highly recomend as there stunning and look so at home in our Garden.I would like to say a special thanks to there customer service who were 5 stars.One happy customer

Two tips for assembly: 1. make sure you have inserted to footstool into the seat part before you start assembly; 2. The two rear stays go inside of the seat part at the bottom end not outside as illustrated.The seat is made from attractive and strong material similar to that used for plastic decking (not recommended for environmental reasons). It looks good in the grey colour supplied. But is is remarkably uncomfortable with no rake adjustment and also difficult to get out of. Assembly was quite slow for us and it is rather large to assemble inside.
