Useless piece of dung! Stopped working after only 2 months! No customer service from manufacturer!
My AUFIKR was ordered new on Dec 19, 2018. It arrived on Dec. 28, 2018. Started using it on January 15, 2019. It suddenly stopped working on March 12, 2019. The product did not come with any warrantee info. So, I went to the AUFIKR web site to see where I can send it to for repairs. I boxed it in its original packaging which I still had. Later found out that while waiting to mail it, the seller's "Return window closed on 1/31/19." And his "product support window closed on 3/28/19. I contacted the Manufacturer on 4/18/19. The seller is "Buy Dag." The manufacturer has ONLY a website listed in their product booklet. No customer service phone number or address to write to. I sent them email asking for info about where to send the camera for repairs. I got an automated answer (from AUFIKR) saying they will "get back in touch with me as soon as we can." Two months later (June 13, 2019), I'm still waiting for them. Today 6/13/19, I tried to send them email back at the address they responded from earlier ([email protected]). My email came back to me because their address was a non-working email address. This is a piece of crap Chinese product with zero customer service. You might also want to avoid the seller "Buy Dag" because they return window is only 30 days! And their product support liability is only 3 months! Awful!

Great Product!
I bought 2 of these cameras, one for and one for my sister. I could not be more pleased! The picture quality is fantastic and the camera runs GREAT! The only negative i could give is that it keep slipping off its mount while I am driving. However I can fix that with some super glue. I would definitely recommend this.
