Nice bike but bad communication
Bike itself is lovely love the colours cwme with no instructions and cant go below 5th gear or the gears goes into the spokes on back wheel . Emailed for help got one message back saying move the deraillure whatever that is and no response back with more help how to fix it . So have a bike i cant ride

Easy to ride
Very quick delivery. The bike was easy to assemble, the brakes needed slight adjustment, even though it came with no instructions, easy to get on and off, looks good, hours of fun

Good bike, rubbish communication.
The bike is very good although it took some time to assemble as brakes were on the wrong side and one had come apart. There was a chip on the front mudguard and printing on the saddle but overall my wife is really pleased with it and finds it works well.The main issue is the total lack of communication from the seller. We emailed them about the issues but still have received no reply. Very poor on this aspect.
