The Viribus Trike I ordered came with very few assembly instructions. We watched the Viribus instruction video and several ones that were on youtube, as we were on a deadline for a trip where the trike would be used. The line up holes to connect the pieces were all off, my assembler had to drill new holes just to get it to match up which I approved since I wanted to use it that weekend, I knew by doing that it would not be returnable. The front brake pad was welded crooked and he also had to bend that just to get the brake to work, the paint was scratched in two places, you could see it before taking the wrapping off. One metal part actually had a crack in it, but we used it anyway. The seat is very uncomfortable as it is too forward on the frame and we adjusted it back as far as possible. I am 5'4 tall and for a taller person it would be even more uncomfortable. I actually bought another seat with a back on it, but it didn't improve the sitting position. Once it was finally together it did provide an electric ride and people said the color was cute, I think that is the only good thing about it. I love to shop Amazon but this product does not live up to the standards that I have enjoyed in the past from their products.
