I bought 3 pairs of these in hopes to find a decent enough alternative to Triple 8s or 187 pads, or any of the ridiculously priced pads that are out there. I, along with my 3 kids, do aggressive inline skating and I've had, tried, and tested, pads of each company including Rollerblade and JBM. I wasn't expecting much, but what I got was grade A quality. These pads are on par with 187s, even Old Bones pads. I felt my knees were a lot more secured with these on. I loved that there was a thick cushion pad right above the knee, a place where impact hits tend to be common for us, but most pads skimp on that area. This made the pad sit more secure, and helped keep it from sliding. The straps are high quality material including great velcro. The pads have the ability to be strapped on behind the knee and then with two other individual straps over top, or keep the knee straps on place and slide them on and off, then strapping the individual straps over top. Whatever way, it's comfortable, which is greatly important when wearing pads for hours at a time. We all agreed we felt a lot more secure with these pads, and after using them for four months straight I can say everything about is pad is fantastic. The real clear winner of the pad set is hands down the hand guards. I would buy pairs of these if they sold them individually. These are some of the most well fitting, comfortable, and heavily secured wrist guards I've ever tried. I cannot downplay how much I love these hand guards. I have taken some serious spills where I know my wrist was meant to take a heavy impact, but these hand guards saved them so many times. There is enough material around the actually guard where it feels like a glove almost. For me, it's perfect. I would recommend these pads hands down and they are my top set when I skate. I will be getting more just because I want the other colors.

These cost double what most other pads (such as Decathlon's) cost and while the quality is great, some things hold it back from being actually worth its price. First of all, the positives: fabric is very soft and comfy, great for people who are sensitive to that sort of stuff and feel like regular pads are too rough or scratchy. The fabric is thick and solid, the shells look great and securely attached, and both the kneepads and elbow pads have some very thick soft padding below the hard shell, which really absorbs the impacts and keeps you protected beyond the superficial scratches and bruises (think force transfer to joints, for example) I got the M/L and the fit is good, if maybe slightly big (especially the elbow pads, they are really on the edge of being loose). The wristgards are top notch too, as they're two solid pieces held together by an also though and not too flexy fabric. They're definitely the best part. Now for the negatives: One kneepad came tucked inside the other one, and who knows how long it was stored because it is BENT. Noticeably narrower than the other, both on the hard plastic shell and the inner thick foam I mentioned earlier. It's not necessarily painful or unconfortable to wear, but you do notice the difference between knees. I'm gonna try and heat mold it back into its proper shape but the damage seems to be permanent on the foam layer. How knows if maybe it'll straighten out a little with use. Another big con: Neither the kneepads nor elbow pads are full sleeves. They're straps (fixed on the elbow and velcro strap on/off on the knee). This makes it easier to put them on but I'm worried over time the velcro (which isn't as easily replaceable as the one on the outer straps) will wear out and thus compromise the fit and security (which as I said earlier is already somewhat loose on the elbows on the M/L sizing). These cons made me somewhat dissapointed but I still kept them because the quality of the materials is noticeable, I love the look, and I was in a rush to start using them as not having pads was stopping me from going out and actually skate around my city. I immediately took a bad fall while going down a wide slope near the entrance of my house and these protected me very nicely, barely felt a thing. TLDR: not worth such a high price (would be super good value at 30 or 35usd) but definitely good pads. I feel like I overspent on what could have been a functionally equal $20 product, but otherwise I'm pretty satisfied and confident they'll keep me safe... At least for a while.

Very good for adults who have some cushion. I had to return a set because they were way too tight. These are comfortable and adjustable. Go for these First, the color is basic but I figure you’re not looking for pretty but safety. They feel durable, they are a little bulky but small enough for me to manage this review wearing the hand guards.

Very comfortable. I bought these in preparation for my One Wheel GT.
