- EXOSOMES: Songs of Healing

I've read 3 books on Exosomes, several other samples from books and I just finished reading this one for the second time. This has been the best and most informative that I've come across so far in hours of reading and studying. As a general rule it appears to me that Exosomes are a better choice than stem cells. I believe there is real value and better health potential using Exosomes. I also still have some real concerns. At this point there is more work for me to do to see if I can identify an Exosome source and provider that I trust. I have made a list of questions and concerns and will now move on to multiple consultations. Other things you and I may want to consider are peptides, Rife Frequencies, neural plasticity, holistic or energy healing but there may be risk and concerns with these as well.

Execellent review and study on exosomes. Anyone who wants to learn about the power of exosomes needs to read this book. I learned a lot. If your studying regenative health or simply want to know how exosomes can help you with any pain your dealing with grab this book, you won't be disappointed. Enjoy.

Hint: steroid injections may damage you so much that even exosomes won’t be able to help! On Oct. 24, 2023, GeroScience published an article by Steve Horvath, Harold Katcher, and others, titled “Reversal of biological age in multiple rat organs by young porcine plasma fraction”. What is the plasma fraction? Mainly exosomes! How much reversal of biological age? More than half in blood, heart, and liver tissues! Imagine seeing that in humans some day! While many conditions can be cured with exosomes as you will find in Dr. Park’s book, the true potential of exosomes in human age reversal is yet to come!

This is the first book I am aware written for the layman that is devoted to exosomes treatment. This book is designed to make one think. The author provides a logical basis why exosomes are a better option over stem cells. As a layman, this is difficult to take in, but I appreciated how the author provides examples out of his own practice how exosomes have helped people with various difficult conditions. I did not give Exosomes Songs of Healing the best rating, because I struggled too much to get through the first half of the book. I did not need to read a lengthy account about the immune system that I could not follow since I lack a background in anatomy and physiology. Regardless, Exosomes Songs of Healing is a very good book in the way that it makes us think that there's another viable way to treat various health conditions that may help where surgery and drugs have failed to help much.

This is a good explanation of exosomes with applications. The applications have wide variety of uses specifically for musculoskeletal issues which I am undergoing currently. I am thinking this will become a widely used therapy in coming years.

Exosomes are like Adult Stem Cells. I have used them on a bad knee I had because of an accident and now it is healed.
