I can't say anything bad really, it functions well as described. Very cute and soft. But if anyone is looking to use it as a anxiety pillow or to lull yourself to sleep cuz of insomnia (like me) you may find the vibration of the thumping a bit too much. Made my teeth feel weird and woke my husband. But anywho, not great for a people pillow but my dogs and cats were definitely interested. Great for what it is but I wouldn't use it as your own pillow.

15lbs shihtzu with separation anxiety.I expected it to be larger and firmer, but it’s actually perfect. She is a chewer - but immediately melted into it instead. The heartbeat is unlike the one you get from petco/smart (which I tried and made me hesitant to try another in this category).I don’t think the batteries are very secure, so you really need to supervise this toy. Not recommended for plush rippers. But if you work from home, and need something to destress your dog - this is legit.

My husband and I recently adopted a 6-week old basset hound puppy! Initially he wasn’t able to settle down when we brought him home. I used a similar toy to this with my previous puppy, who didn’t care much for it, but decided to give this a chance again. Our new puppy loves it! He’s small enough and this toy is the perfect size/shape for him to cuddle up with. With the heartbeat function turned on, he sleeps through the night in his kennel (8+ hours) without waking up, and he’s able to self-soothe quickly in his little enclosure with it. Highly recommend! Will be purchasing another.

I bought this to comfort my puppy when leaving his litter and momma. I placed it in the kennel with the litter a couple days to get the scent on it. We traveled 14 hours home and he had his buddy. Best traveler. He is sleeping through the night with his buddy. We all love this little buddy.

This is an absolute LIVE SAVER! My fur baby absolutely loves it and it is her snuggle buddy💕 I would totally recommend this to anyone with a puppy. Very durable, I did not put the heartbeat plastic piece (choking hazard) she was fine without it.

Update: I'm giving this an extra star - after removing the device, I kept the toy in the crate for 1-2 weeks. Now I can use it with the device inside without having my puppy try to tear it out. It's a nice toy to use as a kind of a pillow or a snuggle buddy but I wouldn't say that the toy nor the sound have any particular soothing effect on my puppy. I use it just because I have it now but I honestly don't think it has made any difference for us. Oh well!I was excited about this toy - it didn't quite work as my dog just saw it as a chew toy, which isn't the product's fault. HOWEVER, the velcro is very unreliable, so it was way too easy for a puppy to retrieve the battery-powered mechanism inside, which is an obvious health hazard. I'd continue using the product as a toy for her, if I didn't feel it was dangerous to leave her with it overnight. I took the mechanism out and use it alone by placing it next to her crate. Still, I think there should be better safety precautions for a product like this - a zipper or something that's more difficult to open.
