Since using these I have noticed some weight loss. And it’s only been like 3 days. They are effective, easy to swallow. The only downside I have with these is swallowing the tablet. The there is not aftertaste unlike other brands. All in all I’m impressed!

Started these two months ago and with smaller portion each meal I take and these I have lost 1 stone.I can't honestly say they cured my hungry but my energy level did go huge after two weeks of taking them. They made me more energetic and want to do more. So while I was doing more I wasn't thinking about food but the task in hand.
