Very light fabric but runs pretty small. Manufacturer needs correct sizing charts.

This shirt was $1.99. It was better than I expected. Lightweight and cool. I bought a size up and it fits fine.

There is no way this can be a dress, unless it's for a child. It's barley comes past my waist. I like the color so I won't go through the hassle of returning it.

Must wear a tank top under this buts it’s nice.
