Disappointing
The toy’s loudest noise was of the machine mechanism moving up and down. It was not a cuddly toy as you could feel the clunky mechanics and the breathing sound was much too animated to help anyone sleep.

Not what I expected
After seeing all the hype about these on TikTok I wanted one . I was originallyGoing to go for the stitch but everywhere had sold out so went for the koala. I have trouble getting to sleep but saw adults had these too: but the mechanism is so noisy and it’s flimsy. The back is so easy to open for a young child so not safe. I feel I have wasted my money . Not what I expected at all and not relaxing like I thought it would be

This gives me anxiety!!
The media could not be loaded. Bought 2 of these, one had to send back as didn't work . Very noisy and your unable to change settings , also no timer . Absolutely rubbish .

More stuffing around the sound box. Reduce whirring. Reduce level of music. Longer play time of everything. Friends at school want one but over all it is REALY good

Defective and unresponsive
This product didn’t work and the seller wouldn’t reply now I’ve gone past the window for return and stuck paying for a broken item that’s useless

Very loud so can't sleep
Not the greatest experience and very awkward to cuddle as the back where the batteries are isn't flushSeems very flimsy

Sadly no heart beat
From reading the description I was so excited about this product. All I wanted was something that was comforting and a heart beat. When it arrived the battery back wasn't attached, the packaging was a thin plastic bag and the koala was very basic. After putting batteries in there was a very loud false breathing noise and it sounded like a robot. Not at all comforting. Returned within 5 minutes of it being delivered
