It was ok when I put only one of these in the printer to mix with other, genuine cartridges. Now that I'm at the stage where all colours are filled with these, the printer won't align, the pages don't print properly, and I'm not stuck with an important document to print, and nothing printing properly. These are not worth the trouble. Stick with genuine cartridges every time from here on out for us! There doesn't seem to be an option to return them here on Amazon, either. Probably because I've run out of time. Thing is, it'll take you a few months to refill all cartridges, and then it's too late.

The printer does not recognise these cartridges..... very disappointed and caused a lot of hassle trying to get documents printed in time due to having to rush out to get new cartridges that actually work!Real shame because the delivery came promptly!

The item arrived promptly, but totally useless, my printer never recognised it and I feel conned out of £10

I followed the instructions. didn't work. waste of money. shame

Bought these to keep my printing costs down but was a waste of money as the printer will not recognise them at all.

Do not work CAN I HAVE MY MONEY BACK

Takes a bit of time to get them to work but they do, just need patience
