Living in the UAE during the summer months, this is the best buy ever. Works wonderfully! Gives you small and medium ice cubes in minutes. Do not expect large ice cubes. The size is perfect to fit smaller bottle opening.

How do I get a refund or replacement on this machine? Stopped working with in a month.

I bought the ice maker and I absolutely love the different cube sizes that let me choose based on my cup size. It operates quickly and gives a neat appearance to my kitchen. After using it for two weeks, I have no complaints at all. Sometimes, the ice comes out weak and thin, but that's because you need to let it freeze for two hours longer, and it will turn out better and thicker.

Easy to use but it only makes the thin small cubes under both settings. I've used a different brand before and this is very unsatisfactory.

After almost 2 months of purchasing it stop producing ice as it used to be I could keep it on from morning till night and the tray will never be full, not even half of the tray. I don't know what happened. am disspointed am not even using it everyday
