Works and fits well
I was surprised at how much pain relief I got from this massager. I just started using the product but I like it a lot so far. The heat function works very well and the vibration feels great. I can't speak to longetiviy but the quality appears to be on point and the costumer service team was very friendly and responsive when I contacted them for my free warranty extension. I have large knees and was worried the product wouldn't fit, but it did fit nicely with knees bent. The one critique I would give, is that I wish it was able to be used with legs outstretched.

Perfect knee support for much pain relief.
This item works as described and provides pain relief where its needed most. Very easy to use out of the box and the fit size is universal. Battery life indicator is very visible and a build quality is very good.

After charge can be used 4 time before needing charged again.
Seems to work well. Decreases pain. Helps me get sleep.

Will not charge, stopped working
After 3 uses, stopped working. Won't charge. Left it on charge over night says the battery is full. It will power on then immediately power off. Very dissatisfied. Will be sending it back.

Very good knee massager, great price
This massager has been quite helpful. The heat has improved my knee pain. The heat level is adjustable, along with the massage intensity and type of massage. The straps are long and easily adjustable. I have had this for several weeks and so far so good. The price is great. There are many knee massagers that are much more expensive. I am enjoying this product a lot.

Great for knee relief
This is an awesome little massager. I love the many different options. You can have just the heat on or the vibration on or both. After a few uses, I feel like I can go out and run again. I've been having knee pains on one of my knees and now I feel like it's gone. You can also use it on your elbow or shoulders. The only con is that it seems to have a short battery life. So I would need to plug it back in after a few uses. Great thing it used USB Type C.
