Tried a few flavors and this is the best one for this brand. Gives me energy and noticably helps me with my workout.

ZOOM IN ON MY POSTED PHOTO TO SEE THE CANCER WARNING ‼️First of all, I am very upset because I purchased this thinking I was going to get a boost of energy to be able to work out. But instead I seen the back of the instructions and it said warning may cause cancer and birth defects! After seeing this, I wanted to return the product back, who in the world wants to intake a product that causes cancer. Maybe if they would’ve disclosed the label before the purchase and I chose to buy it I would’ve been OK because it would’ve given me a choice to either buy or not buy. But I didn’t coose to buy something that causes cancer. Now Amazon will not return my money back and I’m very disappointed in the fact that I cannot return something that might eventually kill me. Please, if you are not interested in taking something that might cause cancer and kill you please do not buy this product. The only reason why I’m putting a bad review is because they refuse to give me my money back after finding out that this product is very deadly.

Its an overall good pre-workout. Got me through lifts and cardio but not as strong as others pretty comparable to this one. Flavor was good but still a little much for me but that's just my personal preference and should be determined by this review. Itching and tingling is standard with most stims but don't mind that too much. Get it if you are shopping around for new supps.

This is not the first time I have used this, but it’s definitely a go-to when I’m needing pre workout that’s less than $50-$60. It’s one of my OG’s, but I add a little more beta alanine on occasion for some kick. Overall this helps me focus and helps me to workout for longer. I would give this one an 8/10 because I wish there was either more benefits or it was higher dosed, but it’s not horrible. I used this at the start of my weight loss journey, and I’ve personally never had a complaint about it. The taste is a 9/10 for me, it’s a little on the tart side for me, but it’s still great.

This is definitely one of the best pre-workouts that I’ve used. I use about half of a scoop and it gives me the boost that I need to get through my workouts and my day!
