The lamp takes forever to arrive Mine was broken and the LED lamp non functioning

Top arrived damaged
I think this is a very keen looking light for our courtyard. Just the vibe I was after. It does take a long time to ship and there was damage at the top of the lamp where the chord connects to it, but I think it should work and did not try to return or exchange.

Different than pictured.
I purchased this ceiling light and I love the lamp. But disappointed 😞 that the parts to attach the light differ from the lamp displayed. TWO different brass colors. Why chains? It changes the feel. I would like the black connections pictured.
