This is a very well made tool. I waited for this to arrive for a final torque on a crankshaft bolt. I used my old Snap-on 1/2" as initial torque and this as final. I placed a digital torque gauge on both torque wrenches and they had been within 1% of each other. Not only is this well made but the torque values are right on. Easy set-up and read, fine tooth ratchet works well in an area that doesn't give a lot of room to reset handle position to give a good pull. Glad to use this on a regular bases and know I'm torqueing to manufactures specs, without worrying about exceeding and stripping bolts and hardware. 36+ yrs aircraft technician 25+ yrs small engine shop owner

I've had this torque wrench set for a few months now. It works great. Everything about this set screams quality. The clicks are nice and crisp. The lettering is nice. It looks and it feels in my hand as a very good quality tool. The set came with calibration certificate.

As an older shade tree mechanic, I don’t think I’ll use a torque wrench enough to justify spending a boatload of money on one. But I know inexpensive tools can be a bad investment as well.. Based on the reviews, I thought this tool struck the right balance between quality and price. I found the tool pretty easy to figure out. ( Essentially you have 5 pound incremental markings on the shaft, and .5 incremental markings on the dial ranging from zero to 4.5). So to get 9.5 lbs you’d dial up to 5 and then turn the dial another 4.5 lbs referring to the .5 pound increments.. Oddly enough, I didn’t find anything in the few papers included which explained this important information… Anyway, my job was changing out my spark plugs. The wrench is comfortable and seems to work fine. But it doesn’t make an audible click like some do. Instead the handle just sort of lets you know. Kind of like a bump.. The one thing that freaked me out a little was one particular spark plug definitely felt like it had already reached or even exceeded my 13 pound setting. This is based on how the others felt.. Yet, I didn’t get any indication from the wrench. I just tightened using my best judgment to prevent overdoing it. I SO wished I could have checked this situation with another torque wrench. So I have a little doubt in the back of my mind. Maybe it was my angle or something…. I do know I was gripping the wrench on the proper part of the handle. This is my reason for giving the tool a 4 instead of a 5 rating. I really don’t know what else to add or suggest at this point. Really doesn’t make sense that it would work correctly on 5 other plugs and act questionable on one other..

As advertised. So far so good. Looks well built and durable. Will see how it lasts.

Works as it should. Appears to be well built. We will have too see how ilthey hold up over time.

Great wrench for the money. I checked the one I received against a Snap-on torque wrench set at middle of range. Was about 1/2 Ft/Lb off but which wrench was off? IDK. Close enough for Gov. work. I don't intend to use it professionally or often. Infrequent brake job, tire rotation. etc. So this is a perfect wrench for me. My only small complains are that the 'on-off' lever at the head is revere of snap-on and most other ratchets and the black finish and printed scale on the shaft may scratch off easily but no deal breaker. I recommend this wrench for the causal back-yarder. Price excellent, shipping fast.

Haven’t used yet, but looks and feels like a quality product.
