Bought this product and within 2 months it's upper layer torn and the gel was also gone. It's still useful for walking as it helps to relief pain. And it fits to shoes shoes It's not value for money but still for walking u can buy thus

Waste of money, not for sneakers , I wear Nike low or other good brand sport shoes, due to some pain in heel I tried this, it doesn't fit well even after cutting guidelines, it's high dosnt fit well in shoe. Not comfortable for 8 hours at all. Or for walk
