Montgomery Ward 20-Piece Hanging Flatware Set with Rack, Golden Honey - Elegant Stainless Steel Utensils (Golden Honey)

Our house burned down and we built another one, so I had to start all over (at age 65) again. I wanted everyday flatware that would serve the whole family and last. I was skeptical about these but I loved the red and the hanger, so I gave them a try. I ordered 5 sets, used them for 3 months. I am impressed with their strength and am surprised at how sharp the knives are. They cut through any meat! Also, I love that the handles don’t fade (I was concerned about that because of the price). We have a lot of grands so the small forks and spoons are perfect. I ordered a 6th set last week. The seller is very prompt and the packing is very adequate.

I am happy with this. Very cute. However, they do not fit in the normal cutlery basket of my dishwasher. I have to use the special utensil basket. The handles are too big to fit and the metal part is too short to stay in the normal basket. I have not washed them in the dishwasher yet.

This is good silverware – flatware. Very strong base. The only thing I don’t like is they only give four utensils per type flatware. I eat a lot of burritos and tortilla chips and tacos and frijoles. Each section can hold a lot more! I’d like to buy extra flatware separately to fill the areas. Some complain about the sharp edge at the end. It is not sharp but a rounded section with a hole used to slide into place.

Tiny salad fork and teaspoon, and conversely massive soup spoon.

This is my second set, in a lightly revised design. I love the convenience of hanging flatware to 'grab and go'. And I love the look. This set claims to be dishwasher safe. So time will tell. On my other set, the fake rivets didn't survive the dishwasher cycle. I'm hoping for better from these.

Love it. Fits right on my counter matches my kitchen. They are sturdy.
