I love this coco powder. The trick to adding it to drinks, etc. is to put the coco powder into a small bowl and add the tiniest amount of liquid to it. Stir it to make a chocolate paste. Now when you add it to your milk to make hot coco or something, it will blend right in without floating to the top.

This is great tasting cocoa. I bought it more for health reasons and was happy to find that it's one of my top favorites as far as chocolate flavor goes. And I'm a chocaholic so i should know. :)

It tastes very good, and I am excited to see if the "High Flavinol" cocoa will help in health. I have been having 1 -2 Tbsp in water daily. It has a bitter taste alone, but it is similar to coffee's bitterness, but with that great cocoa smell. I like it.

Been through so many cocoa powders over the years and most of them are either too processed or taste like cardboard. This one is totally different - you can actually taste the quality right away. Fast ship, very good product but very expensive. Flavanols per scoop are high though and it is fully tested.

I am very disappointed with this product. Given this cocoa powder's exorbitant price , one would think that one receives a high quality product. This cocoa powder neither looks like cacao of good quality nor tastes like one. The taste of it is very bland . I regret spending almost $ 100.00 on this product.
