I’m genuinely impressed with the Spectrum Math Workbook, Grade 2! This workbook strikes the perfect balance between fun and foundational learning, making it ideal for kids around ages 7–8. Really good workbook, helped my first grader get ready for 2nd grade. Has exercises that challenge their math skills and not too difficult for them to give up.

I purchased this book to go along with our homeschool curriculum. I will say it's not great as its own curriculum since I don't feel there is enough repetition with each new scale before moving on to the next skills. But if you're using it in conjunction with something else or just as a summer book to keep up on skills, I think it's really great for kids. The pages are fun with good colors and designs to keep it interactive. My daughter's in second grade and I felt that this was appropriate for her age group

I chose this workbook to teach 2nd-grade math, and it has been a great addition to our homeschool routine. 💝I would love a book for every student in my classroom! Wonderful practice for all students and easy to follow instructions for parents/ adult caregivers. Many of the assignments in our current math program are difficult for adults to assist their student with, however, Spectrum Math IMMEDIATELY solves this concern! Very productive and worth every penny... I plan to save funds in order to provide this comprehensive resource, as well as 1st & 3rd grade options in order to differentiate assignments, for each of my students in the 2025-2026 school year! Spectrum, full-color, books for all subjects are a go-to resource for me as a 2nd Grade public school teacher!
