Great Sequel, Well worth the read
You rarely find a sequal as good asthe first book but Baby blue definately is. I went out and bought this the weekend after reading Blue moon because the Story of Mia had me hooked. Baby blue shows the struggles of a new parent and all the dilemnas that they have to face. The emotional scene with Kai which saw Mia filled with Panic where she was alone at home with the baby in what could of been a life or death situation was so emotional and well written. I love how you see Mia maturing as a parent , but still having the outburts and mood swings of a girl her age. The writer developed the character really well and my ownly wish is that there was a third book in the series because I can re-read this story of Mia over and over again.

Not as good as the first because it was slightly boring in places
Read the first one (Blue Moon), before you read this one!I really enjoyed this book! I'm glad that there is a second one. This book tells the story of Mia after she has had her baby, Kai. It tells of her relationship with Will, her relationships with her friends, her relationship with her Dad and with Kai. It talks about how life is for her now that she has had Kai. It was an excellent book and I really reccomend it.

A surprisingly good read
This book dropped into my lap and because it is a sequel, I had to read 'Blue Moon' first.'Baby Blue' follows the further adventures of Mia who has now had her baby and charts her highs and lows of suddenly having to cope with her new responsibilities.Still at odds with her divorced parents, she finds her old school life and friends slowly drifting away as she tries to balance her old life with her new one.The book gently moves along as Mia has to make life-changing decisions and come to terms with the fact that as we grow older, our lives move on.Being a single mother is never easy and Julia Green paints a life-like picture of a typical teenager coming to terms with her own shortcomings, and the realisation that once decisions are made, we have to live with the consequences, good and bad.Not a book I would normally read, but I enjoyed it

Really Good - Really Interesting
I've just finished this book + really enjoyed it. It told about being a teenage mum, which there aren't many books on. I only realised there was a book which came before, after I read it, but I got into the story anyway.I'd recommend it to any teenager. It's a quick + easy read, but there is so much going on. It has a great pace + is really uplifting.Great fun to read. I read it in just a school few days. One of the best books I've read recently.

Another side to teenage pregnancy.
This book is great for teenagers as it tells the story of Mia, a girl who falls pregnant at 15.Baby Blue not only tackles the negative elements of becoming a mother at 15, but also the positives.Following on from Blue Moon, the second book is the more realistic of the two. I would recommend this book for teenage girls as it discourages teenage pregnancy but also shows that it isn't the end of the world if it does happen.

Love it
I loved this book I came a cross it when i was 16 and it was just captivating and when i put myself in her shoes I can just feel and see her emotions while reading!!I was not just a great book but quite educating as well... We moved and the book got lost in the move and i could not find one again in South Africa, I loved it so much that when I got my kindle 6 years later I just had to download it again to have it always !
