5days into I LOVE The Effectiveness can't wait to see in 12 weeks as suggested to show efficacy
Using product w/ suspected ADHD Teen granted in only 5 days into using with his rx meds but, DANG He's noticing a marked improvement with his sleep as more so his focus,reducing distractibilities taking 1 capsule like 8hr dosing In am before school Right after his lunch period & like 8p & so far this is phenomenal teachers are amazed with his changes in presentation of/to effectively/efficiency in class work, positivities in attitude Hopefully, this as a maintenance supplement we can at least reduce supplemental meds if not eliminate excessive dosages of 'em 🎆🤸♂️🎆🤸♀️

This is Good Stuff!
This Magnesium L-Threonate Complex is new to me. I really like it because it has completely lifted my brain fog! I faithfully take it everyday. The recommended dose is three small capsules. There are absolutely no fillers, no hidden or artificial ingredients, or artificial colors. This is the first time I have ordered the “Why Not Natural” brand, and am impressed with its quality.

Great sleep aid thus far
I started taking ..Why Not Natural magtein magnesium L- threonate , L- theanine & apigenin about two ago.. I struggle nightly with lack of sleep and waking numerous times during the night..to the point where I barely get 2-3 hrs of any kind of restful sleep.. I have been taking other supplements and non prescription sleep aids and most make very drowsy the next day and at times morning headaches.. This supplement thus far has helped me sleep so much better..no waking numerous times and staying awake in the middle of the night ..I wake refreshed in the morning… At this point I will continue using Why Not Natural sleep supplement..I hope this will continue to help with my sleep…

Awesome Sleep Aid!!!
This product is a real godsend for me and my wife! We are sleeping much better, more deeply, and falling asleep much more quickly, so we feel this product is directly responsible for greatly improving the quality of our sleep.
