The plastic piece for the arm broke in 3 months :(Who do I contact for a repair?

Product works great I opened the attachments and realized the glass comb is missing really wish it wasn’t as that’s what I need the most

I run a chain of day spas. We've purchased several of these steamer/mag lights. We have not heard back from the vendor and we have 2 broken arms as well as 1 steamer that spit out hot water and injured a guest. I would like to manufacturer to call me please.

Everything looks good and works fine. However the high frequency holder came with two different screws and neither one fits to attach the piece. Until I can get new screws it kind of renders the high frequency useless.

got products however the box was dented in was scared things got broken. however product all came in one piece. manual was a bit confusing and the white metal parts were scrapped already. and it's suppose to be new. wasn't too happy about the black scrap marks on it.

Truly love using my new facial light and steamer, my favorite part is that it’s has an all in one. High frequency, led light 5mag, aroma therapy, it’s jusy perfect!! FYI the steam come out pretty quickly that to be is the best part!! Thanks

The high frequency broke within 1 week, and we have not gotten a response from the seller about repair or return.
