I was honestly not expecting protein pretzels to taste this good, but these completely exceeded my expectations. The crunch is perfect, just like regular pretzels, but with the added benefit of up to 28g of protein, which makes them a great snack after workouts or during busy days. I also love that they’re high in fiber, low in carbs, and have no added sugar — it’s hard to find snacks that check all those boxes. The variety pack is a big plus because you get to try different flavors. My personal favorite is the Everything flavor — super flavorful without being overwhelming. They’re filling, convenient, and actually satisfying, not like some other “healthy” snacks that leave you hungry. Definitely repurchasing!

The Flamin' Crunch is light, airy and spicy. They are so good. High protein and low carb, it's a perfect addition to my low-carb plan. I tried the cinnamon ones and am not a fan. They have a funny aftertaste. The Everything Bagel are super good too. You can eat the whole bag for 200 calories. Winner!

These protein pretzles are good, full stop. Not just good for "health food", but as good as most average snacks. I would not choose these over my favorite regular chips, but I would choose them over all the weird flavors of normal chips, chip makers insist on throwing at the market. There is a bit of a weird aftertaste, thats the only real negative with these pretzels besides the ridiculous price tag. The flavor is savory with some spice. Other users compare them to Flaming Hot Cheetos but I dont see that at all, the Cheetos are just an overpowering single pepper note, where as these are more of a salty spicy savory concoction. If you can justify the price, these things really are as good as the hype. I just dont know how often I will choose to spend the money on them.

If you’re craving something crunchy, salty, and low-carb with a solid protein boost, these definitely hit the spot. The texture is satisfying and they make a great alternative to traditional snack foods when you’re trying to stay on track. That said, the price is tough to justify for me. While I enjoy the convenience and flavor, I personally get better value from using protein powder and finding more budget-friendly ways to satisfy my crunch cravings. Great product — just a bit too expensive for regular purchases.

These are definitely some of the best high protein snacks. The texture on these is crispy without being hard. The flavor is kind of "whole grain" but I really enjoy them. My favorite is the plain sea salt honestly but my husband really likes the everything bagel. I also like that one bag is a single serving and the macros for them are great!

Actually there's more pretzels in the bag, than I anticipated in each bag is to servings instead of just one. Which makes each box 12 servings for $20 instead of just 6. Not a bad deal. I got the variety pack and tried the "everything" pretzels. I was pleasantly surprised with the taste. There is a slight aftertaste but nothing unbearable. Overall, not a bad product, and a great way to reach your daily protein goals.

This is an excellent product! Everyone that I have introduced to this snack has been very enthusiastic about the flavor and nutrition profile. It is a little pricy, but I love them. Sometimes I just have these with cheese and a salad for dinner, they are filling on their own. I do wish you could also buy a family size pack for special occasions instead of opening all the little bags.
