This was comfortable device, but not what I needed. I wanted a cushion device to support neck, shoulder and lumbar to put in recliner. Can't use this.

Just as advertised, wish the Material was a little more comfortable.

For local driving, car headrests are usually okay. More for safety, than comfort. But when you're driving long distances (and I'm getting to go cross-country), you want an actual headREST. This does the trick in my 2016 Honda Pilot Elite. It brings the back of the chair in contact with shoulders/neck and head. It was easy to figure out how to install it - there are two straps. One goes around the headrest bars, basically to secure it. The other is a vertical strap that goes over the top of the headrest. This has a couple of velcro points so you can adjust it vertically. Can you make micro, precision adjustments? No, but it does what its supposed to.

This is not a neck pillow and it doesn’t support your neck at all. All it does is pushes your head forward. Not spine support. Very uncomfortable. Don’t buy.

I've always hated my headrest in my car. I don't know why car manufacturers design headrests to lean forward. This is not a comfortable position for most people, especially when driving long distances. I ordered this headrest with high hopes. When it arrived, the package was overzealously sealed in packing tape. It was so tightly packed, I couldn't fit my scissors underneath to cut it. I had to peel and cut slowly - it took almost ten minutes. Once I got through that barrier, I was greeted by a package that reminded me of a shrink-wrapped mud brick. At least I was able to cut the bag open, which allows the headrest to re-inflate. When it inflated, however, it was all wrinkled and kind of disappointing. If you're going to decide to shrink-wrap your products, at least pick a fabric that can stand the air displacement and not get permanently wrinkled. There were no instructions on how to install the headrest so I used the pictures from the Amazon post - sigh. At this point, I was muttering to myself that this better be the best headrest on the planet after the effort I had to exert! Unfortunately, it isn't. I found that the rolled part sits just below the neck line. I made many adjustments to get it to work, but I couldn't align it to the height I needed. Maybe the roll and headrest are not supposed to actually align anatomically? Who knows, because there aren't any instructions to tell me! Maybe this headrest will work better for someone taller than me. I'm 5'4", but I don't have a long neck. In any case, it doesn't quite satisfy my expectations, but I guess it's better than nothing.

I really like this product. It is well made, has nice straps to hold it in place on my car's headrest and is easily adjustable. The design, fabric and color are nice as well. The pillow looks lighter in the installed photo but it is a dark great - very attractive and blends in nicely with the vehicle's interior. But for some reason, which I cannot figure out, it is not comfortable for me.I am not sure if it is how I have a slight recline in my chair, or not enough include, or if it is my height (5'11) but the lower pillow pushes my shoulders out so the head rest pillow is not touching my head. I tried numerous adjustments but it just doesn't work for me.However, like I said, it is a very well made product and I think it would be advisable to try it. It might work perfectly for you!

This neck pillow can go either way. It's very soft and comfortable. I am short and it s a strain for me to sit back and use my headrest. This neck pillow definitely helps because my neck hurts a lot on long trips. I can actually lean back and feel the comfort from this pillow. In some cases it may be hard to get it where you need it to be comfortable but all in all it's a great product it supports your back and spine.

First, I spent almost 10 minutes to open the airtight package, that is too crazy. Still don’t understand why they packed it this way.2nd, this car neck pillow didn't quite meet my expectations. While the ergonomic design and adjustable strap are well-conceived, the pillow did not provide the level of comfort and support I was looking for. Perhaps because I am a little shorter compared with average height, it may be more suitable for taller people, I am not sure. But I would try moreover, probably it may provide more comfort while the chair position changed.
