I've been using Breathe Right Strips for years...decades even.And in my mind, they are still the absolute best that the industry has to offer.I've tried many other brands in an attempt to get a better quality strip or to find something that was as good but perhaps a little cheaper. But I've been unable to do so, and really it's not even close. Breathe Right remains the King.I definitely don't get as good of a night's sleep without these. While again, I've tried other strips, these promote the best sleep.And I love the lavender scent combined with the 50% extra strength. I like the lavender and I like the extra 50%.They can be a little tricky to remove from the nose if you have thin or sensitive skin in that area. If that ever happens to me, I try to put a little piece of Kleenex or something on the sensitive area before I apply the strip at night. And I always wash my nose before I put the strip on just to make sure I have good adhesion.I have recommended these to everybody I know. Most people, for whatever reason, are resistant to try them. I feel like these would help pretty much everybody sleep better. If you're not using them, buy a box and try them for a few weeks. See if you don't notice that you get a better night's sleep. I'd be surprised if you didn't.My dad happens to be an ENT. Despite being a doctor, I don't think he knew much about these early on--I mean they don't require a prescription or anything.But after a few years, he started recommending Breathe Right strips to his patients. He recommended them to me, although I was already using them though LOL! But I think he recommends them to people for snoring.Personally, I like them just because I feel like I sleep and breathe so much better when I use them. Does it help my storing? Maybe a little. I feel like I would definitely snore more without them.This is one of the absolute best products available here on Amazon.Highly recommended!

These strips work great when they do work, i.e. when you clean your nose properly to ensure no oil is preventing the strip from sticking.Pros:-I can't vouch if the scent was helping or not, but I felt like it was subtle and inoffensive-Easy to apply and pretty abundant amount in package-Visually works--you can see the lifting and notice the ability to, well, breatheCons:-Will not stick correctly unless you ensure your nose is completely clean and dry--pay extra attention to the sides of your nostrils-Can irritate your skin if your skin is sensitive or if you're using them too frequently--consider giving your nose a rest if you notice peeling or redness.-Sometimes leaves behind adhesive, comes off easily with an alcohol wipe

The breathing part works great but the smell part leaves much to desire

These things work pretty good. They do stay on the nose all night. I even have some sticky stuff on my nose after it's removed. So I just use a face wipe to remove that stuff. I would buy again.

TLDR: It works in controlling your snoring sometimes, but not always. Other than that the light lavender fragrance is pleasant and the adhesive is of good quality and sticks to your skin very well and it's not too difficult to get rid of it as well.I snore when I sleep which caused problems for my roommate because well I was too loud! and when I wake up, I would have a runny nose because I wouldn't have breathed through my nose(if you've runny nose when you wake up this might be one of the reason), so I decided to try nasal strips and I requested samples from Breathe Right in which I got 2 nasal strips. The first night when I used the nasal strip, I observed a few things,1. My roommate told me I was not snoring, I was happy to hear this.2. I did not have a runny nose in the morning.So, I was happy that both the problems were solved. Then again the night after this, I wore the nasal strips again, and surprisingly the results were different.1. I was still snoring :(2. I had no runny nose issues in the morningAfter this, I thought maybe I wore the nasal strips wrong the second night and decided to order a pack of Breathe Right Nasal Strips and after more than 2 weeks of use and based on the feedback I got from my roommate, looks like I'm continuing to snore at times, not always though. I have even tried Instaclear Extra-Strength Nasal Strips and they were very harsh on my skin compared to Breathe Right and the former was extremely uncomfortable as well.So, here's my take on Breathe Right Nasal Strips1. Level of Confort when worn: Good (It's still uncomfortable to have something sticking on your nose while sleeping but it's not that bad)2. Fragrance: Very mild and soothing I love it3. Adhesive: Stays intact to the skin and doesn't cause any itchiness4. Help in reducing snoring: It's a hit and miss5. Help in keeping your nose clear: works all the time

It holds tight, the lavender smell is so soothing, and it doesn’t leave any sticky residue like some sleep aids. Highly recommend!!

This has definitely become my nightly routine! Just pop a strip on your nose and I pair it with vapor rub on the tip of my nostrils and I have such a wonderful and deep sleep. I use to Hage a light snore and when I slept on my back but no longer! This is now a staple in my household. Definitely worth trying!

These are a marriage saver! Helps but doesn’t eliminate my SO’s snoring! It helps open passageways for an easier breathing process.Strips are super sticky so they will hold on throughout the night. Just remember that when you’re up in the morning!

To stop snoring! It works, fits perfect, stays well through the night, need to be careful when taking off, rinse with warm water gently start peeling off, comfortable, lavender smell is very nice and relaxing..

I usually just buy the clear or regular strips, but I noticed these had a hint of lavender. The hint of lavender is nice. Definitely will buy these again.

Well what can I say ! My husband is elated with these little miracles! No longer does he have a high powered diesel engine driving around the bedroom every night , my snoring drives him to the edge every night …: but with these bad boys he said he hasn’t heard me in the last 3 nights , he’s sleeping like a baby as am I apparently! He said to me this morning I didn’t snore at all through the night but I was talking 😂 so I have said I willl so some research and see if there’s on that stops you talking too 🙄 great product although my nose is a little sore when removing them but that’s a small price for a happy husband! Great product
