Witzigs Skipping rope, each, 7.31m.-02269

I wanted a long skipping rope. This one certainly meets the length requirements but it is too thin. To be fair, it says 6mm, and it is. So no false advertising. But the rope itself is super light - and essentially useless for school children skipping.Do you remember skipping ropes from when you were at school? Turns out they are 12mm thick. So if you want something like that, this product is not what you need. No malice towards the seller. They are advertising the product correctly. It's just rubbish if you actually want to do some skipping!

Its very long and so great as you wrap around your hands as to the length that suits, nice and light, great for indoors!!

Suitable for purpose

really pleased with this - longer than I expected, but that's just fine. Because it doesn't have handles, you can easily adjust the length to suit whoever's skipping. When this arrived we took it out in the street and skipped with my daughter, my teenage son (he couldn't resist!) my partner, our neighbour's son... then they started playing limbo and all sorts of things. Sometimes the simple things are the best!I actually bought this for when we group camping in the summer - I reckon three adults could skip in this rope at it's full length!
